- All neighborhood “Kiddos” are welcome to enjoy our excellent Pioneer Heights Community Park facilities. Mom and Dad or Grandpa and Grandma can join them for a picnic or just “hang out” as a family on a beautiful day.

Entry Sign Update?
- The Board is currently exploring the possibility of upgrading our community entry sign. Preliminary discussions will begin with representatives from Section 2. Pioneer Heights Section 2 co-owns our sign. This topic was raised at our October 2019 annual meeting. Stay tuned!
Community Safety News
Speeding on Battlefield Drive
- We have recently noted that some residents and visitors are using Battlefield Drive as their own private speedway. Please SLOW DOWN AND WATCH FOR OTHERS: Consider the safety of our children playing in the area, school bus traffic and residents trying to navigate backing out of their driveways.
Pioneer Heights Streets
- S-M-O-O-T-H-!!! VDOT has now completed paving all roads within our community. This new “Cape Seal” paving is greatly appreciated and is a much smoother driving surface than the old Slurry Seal. Our streets were last resurfaced with Slurry Seal in 2007. Enjoy the Ride.
